I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sapporo View Hotel Odori, and it was an excellent experience. The hotel is perfectly situated for convenience, with easy access to both the train and subway stations (15 mins to JR Sapporo station. 7 mins to Odori subway). Nearby attractions are within walking distance, including TV Tower, Sapporo Clock Tower, Old City Hall... And nearby the Odori Park, where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and even catch the Snow Festival during the winter season. There are also plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby, adding to the overall convenience and enjoyment of the stay. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. The room itself was standard but clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. We were lucky enough to have a room with a Snowy mountains view, which added an extra touch of tranquility to our stay. Also, there is a underground walkway that connects Sapporo station and Odori station, keep you warm and dry.

It's right across Odori Park; there's a convenience store beside it; it's still in the city center but not in the noisy/bustling part; rooms are not small (not that big either) but big enough to open 2 large luggages and fit an all terrain stroller; the rooms seem newly renovated; the floors are made of wood so I was not worried about allergies from carpet for my asthmatic kid; it's near the tv tower, nijo market, and stellar place mall; the atrium in the middle of the hallway was beautiful and made it look big; there were plenty of tables and chairs at the lobby café and it was spacious and high ceiling; it was a steal for that price

Good location opposite to the park, short walking distance from Odori station, walkable distance to TV tower, clock tower, botanical gardens, shopping places. Very friendly staff, comfortable room, good coin laundry within hotel which wasn't busy. Self lockable left luggage area was available near the reception when we arrived earlier than expected. Tip: the closest exit from station is a narrow flight of steps, would suggest looking for an exit with an elevator if carrying a lot of luggage.

We managed to book a room with a "park view" and although initially we thought it would be noisy with the hotel being next to the park, we were surprised that the room was sufficiently quiet and of course, we had a good view of the park (see photo) from our 6th floor room window. We added one extra bed in our room at the last moment but we found that the room had more than enough space for three persons.

Hotel was really really nice. It provides everything I needed. Room was huge, complete with wardrobe, shower and bathup, and water boiler. Microwave and Laundry were also provided in certain floor. Love this hotel. Will be back for sure Thank you
